Fabian Verschoor is een geboren en getogen Rotterdammer. Hij runt al elf jaar zijn La Cabane de Fabian in het Oude Noorden. Buurtgenoten weten hem goed te vinden en begroeten hem enthousiast op straat. Als ze hem niet kennen van zijn eigen zaak, is het wel van Café de Bel, waar hij vaak te vinden is. Dit zijn Fabian’s favoriete plekken in Rotterdam.
