Grensoverschrijdend gedrag van een collega en de wijze waarop zij erna is behandeld hebben ertoe geleid dat een verpleegkundige van het Maasstad Ziekenhuis na 40 jaar trouwe dienst ontslag heeft genomen. Ze was er klaar mee niet serieus te worden genomen nadat ze het incident had gemeld. Het Maasstad heeft ernstig verwijtbaar gehandeld, oordeelt het gerechtshof.
