Om zijn collega ‘af te schrikken’ richt een man een professionele hogedrukspuit op een persoon in de Rotterdamse haven. Maar dan komt de waterstraal in het gezicht terecht. Het gevolg: een blijvend litteken, gehoorverlies én PTSS. Toch vindt de 29-jarige verdachte dat hem weinig te verwijten valt. Want hij kon helemaal niet weten dat een hogedrukspuit zoveel schade kan aanrichten, vindt hij.
